Nostalgic Beachfront

The apartment is within a well managed complex of a 131 units and is on the beachfront next to the Green Nature Diamond Hotel.  The complex has its own private beach with sunbeds, landscaped gardens, communal showers for use after the beach and a very nice sitting area where you can make tea & coffee and socialise with your neighbours.

On entry into the old world charm apartment, you will be greeted with a long hallway and to the left of the hallway is a double size bedroom and a bathroom with a shower cabin.  At the end of the hallway is a livingroom with an open plan kitchen and from the livingroom is a balcony with partial sea views.

Due to its age, you may want to renovate to upgrade to modern design, but there are no leaks or molds and if you enjoy the nostalgia of old world charm, there is no need for renovations..
