Who We Are;
Established in the year 2001 in Marmaris – Türkiye, Turkish Real Estate is a division of Anzak Ltd Co. which is registered with the Turkish Ministry of Trade & Commerce and is a member of both the Marmaris Chamber of Commerce with registration Marmaris/3375 and the Real Estate Federation of Türkiye.
With new regulations that came into effect in 2018, we have been appointed by The Ministry of Trade as official authority in dealing with real estate transactions with Authority Certificate Number 4800648.
Turkish Real Estate founder and owner Adnan Menderes Ozcolak has more than 40 years of international experience in the service sector and is bilingual with fluent English and Turkish, understanding both Turkish and International cultures and mindsets.
As pioneers in promoting investment options and real estate in Turkiye, we are proud to serve both the international community and the Turkish domestic market for more than a quarter of a century.
Since its inception, Turkish Real Estate has assumed the role of a bridge between International Investors and Vendors in Turkiye and has played a key role in introducing lucrative investment options in Turkiye to many International investors from Europe to Asia, from South Africa to Australia, from the Gulf Cooperation Council countries to the Middle East.
